If you like your steak medium make sure you order it medium rare. Steak continues to cook on the hot plate as it comes out to you and apparently they haven't figured that out as of yet! Also watch drink menu prices. Ordered a drink off menu for $14 and was charged $16. Called them out on it and they said oh ya we will honor the menu price for you.....final price was $15! "Flavors that made my mouthwater and left my belly full and a smile on my face. The outside of Porky's is not distinguished, but it is also easy to find and worth the stop. We ordered #1 and #3. There are 4 options all with pulled pork, grilled onions, pineapple and sauce. We ordered the pineapple sausage #1 with pigs and the with grilled cheese #3. We also had a variety of boiler chips and orange passion juice as well as pepsi. The drinks were cans. The dishes were extremely satisfying and filled. The sweetness of sauce and pineapple complement the pig perfectly. I also love how they grilled the bread with a beautiful cheese crust on the outside. They were also very friendly and welcoming."

"I love food trucks and the quality of the food that comes out of them. The Kauai Sushi Station is no exception! The cashier and sushi chef recommend the big eye tuna and i am glad that i ordered it! Phenomenal!! The cashier also recommended the Ginger Crazy Roll. It too was really good, as was the house made ginger dressing on the salad! The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I highly recommend trying this food truck!!!"
