So Kauai apparently has excellent Mexican restaurants, and Verde must be in the Top 5. Located in one of the most modern commercial developments on Kauai, it feels like a place you'll find in a mainland shopping center, but the food is anything but the mill's run. What User doesn't like about Verde Lihue:
Food is somewhat tasty and didn't feel like a typical mexican restaurant. Its more like a fusion to my opinion. I took a garlic shrimp burrito. Tasted fine although the shrimp didn't taste garlicy. The vegetarian bowl looked quite green and interesting and it tasted well. We didn't take anything from the bar though. View all feedback.
