"I havent been overly impressed with the Ile Perrot location mainly because the Vaudreuil franchise is just absolutely amazing. This passed order Ive got to say Im very impressed and very happy with the quality and quantity of the food, way to step up!"

"Very cute restaurant with great food. Unfortunately, they need to do a lot of work on their customer service. Abrupt short greeting, almost seemed to be a bother when we asked to be seated. Sat at the table for a while before someone came to table to take order and ended up being about 4 minutes after breakfast time closed, waitress said sorry only lunch available now (even though we had been sitting and in the cafe for about 5-10 minutes. Not accommodating and poor customer service. Similar to other reviews I read. It’s a shame because the cafe is cute and food is good, but really does put a downer to your meal when customer service is poor at best."

"I had been going there for years without any issues, I had never been sick and trusted they took every precaution possible. I always get a chef's creation andd they make it gf for me. A few weeks ago, we went to pick up some sushi as we often do, and when I got home I live about 35 min away, but as a celiac, I'm willing to drive for good and safe sushi) I noticed that althought my order was labeled gf, my sushi was covered in spice. I figured maybe it was something new, but as I was about to take the first bite, I noticed my sushi was made with imitation crab; which is not gf...I called and the staff was vvery apologetic because indeed, their crab stick is not gf...they offered to make me new sushi but I wasn't confident anymore, so they reimbursed me, which I appreciated. I could have been very sick. I'm not sure I'd do a pick up again without openig the box and checking each sushi before leaving...but I did go there for a few years without any issues..maybe a new chef had just started? Proceed with caution!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The service was honestly unrivaled for this type of restaurant (la belle province type of place but kind of more upscale). Employees opening doors, people at the cash are curteous, they won't accept any tips (even though they deserve it), they give you a little device that vibrates when the order is ready because on busy days you can wait up to 30 minutes for your order. They asked if I had placed an order through the phone, which I didn't know you could do, so probably best to do that on busy days.We had poutines and onion rings. The poutine was delicious. The cheese was sliced horizontaly, which is unusual, but it was probably some of the best cheese i've tasted in any poutine. The gravy was very light on the salt and had a nice beefy taste and light brown color. The homemade fries were thinner than most places similar to this one but still great. They give you very generous ammounts of cheese and fries, but the cheese isn't double layered. The onion rings were great. To top that all off, the prices were very affordable for the ammount and quality of food you are getting.The place itself is quite nice indoors and there are nunerous tables on the terasse that surround the building.I would highly recommend going there.Parking: Generous ammount of parking all around the buildingKid-friendliness: Went there with my kids, they loved it."
