So my brother and I ordered from uber and the driver forgot 95% of our food. Uber refused a refund claiming the driver showed up so that's us accepting whatever came. 10% of our order came at no fault of the restaurant, however Alex the owner took care of us and it shows how much uber doesn't value there customers but Alex and L'Oeufrier does.
