What Christina Chan likes about Sai Gwan:
This was a refreshing stop noodles and dumplings and broth with the requisite vinegar and chili oil. I reverted to my 8 year old self slurping down the whole bowl. And where else serves stir fried lettuce with oyster or shrimp paste sauce? Nowhere anymore...except here.Noodle soup dish with dumplings is under $8 do it!! View all feedback.

Do not support. Multiple reviews on overcharging customers.The food was not particularly good. Only cash accepted in CAD with no relevant signage posted anywhere at the establishment. İ offered to pay for my meal in USD but the cashier would only accept a 1 to 1 conversion. İ had no choice but to comply or walk out on the bill.
