What Yihsuan Lu likes about Tsukuyomi Ramen Bishop:
Friendly staff. Ordered Taco Wasa Chashu Tonkotsu w/ black garlic. Pretty good broth, very tasty, meat was tender, the needle is a little overcooked for me but I would say this is one of the best Ramen I have in town. (Sesotei does a good job too, if you wonder; One thing I have to mention that it's $18 for a bowl of ramen, I would be happier to see wood ear or some bamboo shots though. View all feedback.

I'll start with the food, We got their signature ramen with choice of chicken which half of it was cooked well and the other not (so it was like chewing on rubber) which ruined the experience, the sashimi salmon was fine. The waitress recommended the opposite to what we explained we would like. And finally, the seat!
