This place is a known location where many non profit organization can meet. It's a really nice place to have a drink, they have nice beers, a lot of fruit juice...

Café Citoyen has become my love during my time in Lille. The mint tea especially. The place is beautiful. Price per person: €1–10 Atmosphere: 5
