Palais de Topkapi - Lille

I found this restaurant because I've been celebrating a birthday. It's hard enough to find a parking space but I had a little luck. the reception is warm and the restaurant is large so you can choose your place. the card is well provided but some rates are a little excessive. during our first coming (and probably the last one) we took a meze plate in the entrance to taste a bit of everything. The plate is placed in the center of the table and at the time of the check we were added 2€ because either saying it has put more !!!! nothing indicates it in this sense on the card and more we did not specify that it was for 2... ...conclusion the prices it is like in turquie it depends on the head...
