Enjoyed a fantastic meal at Le Quartier Gourmet. A little off the beaten track but well worth a visit. The amuse bouche and little appetisers were delicious and promised the next courses would be spectacular. They were. Nous y avons dîné un samedi soir. La carte est très réduite, ce qui est un gage de qualité. Quel dommage cependant de proposer uniquement du lapin en guise de viande ce soir là ! L'oeuf parfait manquait de cuisson (blanc cru et liquide) mais cela a été rectifié une fois signalé. Manque d'assaisonnement également au niveau des amuses-bouches et des légumes.
