"Employees are all great, and frankly the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Owners are greedy as can be. No more pup cups? Really? As if 3¢ of whipped cream is going to bankrupt a franchise that now charges 9 bucks for a few chickennuggets? Prices have skyrocketed, the lines are always congested, nowhere to go if you order ahead so you still have to wait inthe same line with everyone else in it. Just super disappointed after the long wait for the renovation to be completed. Will betaking the drive out to another location henceforth. Congrats, 3¢ of whipped cream just cost you hundreds of dollars per yearin sales."

"The overall service was okay. We were stuck in a corner and the waitress we had was not very inviting or interested at first but slowly warmed up when we got the check. The food came very fast but was not the best. We got the Cavatelli and the Cheese Ravioli. The cavatelli was not too great as the sauce was very water. The ravioli tasted like a refrigerator pack from the store. For the price, I would say the food was subpar. However, it could have just been the dishes we chose so, another experience will have to occur before a final decision is made."
