Under new management. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the buffet was running again. Maybe that food would have been better than what I ordered. The egg roll exuded oil. And tasted like old oil. The Pepper Beef and Sesame chicken had that same oily, off taste. The meats both tasted old. The Crab Rangoon were sad. Almost no filling so they puffed up, hollow shells. Very disappointing.
