What User doesn't like about Chelsy Cafe:
Coffee was good by Lima standards. Empanadas were fresh. Chicken and beef. Served with sprinkle of sugar and lemon on the side to taste. Had a chicken ciabatta as well with mushrooms and creamy sauce. Best part was the fresh bread. Service was average. Initially wouldn't take Amex or MasterCard despite having signs up. Finally accepted and processed when the manager got involved. View all feedback.
