Embarcadero 41 Fusion - Lima

What User likes about Embarcadero 41 Fusion:
In a Lima city tour we had to enter after they were just opened and learn how to make Pisco mad and Ceviche. We didn't try anything except what we did, so I can't evaluate anything else. But the staff that taught us was friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and looked like a great place for lunch or a drink every given day. Our drinks and keviche were great. The menu is quite large, they have many possibilities, I ordered crab causa when I got it was more potato than crab, I was eaten, then for my surprise I found a hearing, they did not charge me for the dish, I ordered Prawn Picante it was ok, but what it seemed strange that no one apologizes or offered me a dessert as an apology.
