Manduca - Lima

What User likes about Manduca:
This time I tasted the Pan con Chicharrón. The texture of the meat was great, really soft, but the cuts were a little bit flat; perhaps if it had been a thicker cut, it would have been better. Still, it was very crispy, and the zarza criolla with hierbabuena was a nice touch. The burger buns were also on point. In conclusion, a great burger, not awesome, but worth the price. What User doesn't like about Manduca:
The crowd at this place can be a real nightmare....... but they have the BEST stores! I mean this place has it all, North Face to Crate and Barrel plus the food court is stocked with anything you could need. Great for rainy days or needed shopping. View all feedback.
