We had 2 bad experiences here as soon as they opened- missing items and rude staff, but took another chance yesterday and have to say I am very pleased with the service here now! Our chicken wings were undercooked but when I called back, and even had a little attitude, the manager was super nice and offered to remake them, and gave us a free brownie for the inconvenience. We ordered 3 subs from here and an order of lava cakes, they get to the door (30 minutes later than what it said) to tell me they were out of lava cakes. When I opened the subs I was shocked at how burnt they were. View all feedback.
