Every time we order we have at least 2 items missing and/or made wrong. Went in today because 4 items were missing. Got talked down to by management who was very rude during the whole transaction. Also found out today they are NOT a training store and that they let their employees touch whatever (hats, hair, phones) and not change gloves. Had a cell phone out sitting on their line. Really need to get it together. View all feedback.
