Passing through Limerick and remembered this place from the blindboy podcast. Apparently the recipe has some connection to the original Colonel recipe. My experience: The gravy with the super chip is definitely way better than KFC. The chicken was better too. No question. The crows must be addicted to the superchip from nights out. I told Chicken hat is the Limerick specialty we liked, but it wasn't as good as I expected! If you want fried chicken, this is a good place to go though. The garlic cheese chips were delicious and the chips were crispy. View all feedback.
