Excellent location one of the most central bars in town) has recently had a sprucing up, but has kept the cosy feel it had. Now, it is small, but its a great pub, excellent bar staff. Particularly good for sport watching on TV, which there are many) but also for a casual pint at any time. Smoking summertime outside bar area on Thomas Street also. "Such a creative menu with choice ingredients.From the sandwich menu I had the superb toonsbridge halloumi , the other half had the Cuban slow cooked pork....Not a morsel left on either plate. Our kids hoovered up the beautiful brioche french toast and bacon dish. We'll be back for more."
