"Need to book during the summer season! But it's worth the detour! Very welcoming and pleasant staff. The service is fast enough despite weakening. The pizza dough is good, a little thick but airy and so it has no problem. Note that pizzas are also available for take-away sale. Terrace in the street but not too far and airy. A second terrace is lower and available, quieter but less airy in summer. To consume without moderation!"

"Campagne, at the junction of the D706 and the D35 near Le Bugue; if you swing past it coming from Le Bugue, you might miss it! In the shadow of The Chateau, this (hotel and resaurant was a good find; we stopped for lunch on a 'let 's take a chance ' basis and it was just great nothing very special but good food cooked to order in a beautiful setting outside in the sun. "We ate here on our last night in the Dordogne. The meal was superb, the service attentive and excellent. Contemporary French cooking that highlighted the great products of the region: duck, foie gras, and more, without being trite or repetitive or other meals we had had.
