"My bread was hard. Meat was off the bread bc an over flow of secret sauce and lettuce. Fries was cold and not fluffy at all. Drive thru was packed and so was the service area. "Ordered online at 6pm .. went to drive through for it to say closed.. I drove up to the window where multiple employees ignored me. i called the stores phone, only for them to laugh ignoring it ring.. I finally got someone's attention and he was so rude saying they closed over an hour ago. I asked how to get a refund and he said they're not responsible for online orders or Doordash refunds.... "We were there at lunch time. Had the French dip and wife was supposed to be the bacon cheeseburger but got the tortellini instead and didn't complain. I'm sorry I love food, I love to cook (half of my job is cooking), and the little girl was so sweet helping out with orders... But the food was almost not edible. The pasta was ok... But the wrong order and the French dip was like expired limon stop and shop sandwich roast beef heated to almost jerky on a plain hamburger bun with hot water to dip it in and black charred sweet potato fries... I live in Limon. That was my first time trying it. Was always told not to go there from people that grew up here because it went down hill and I just wanted to see if they were wrong and give y'all a shot. Cool bar to drink in... We don't drink but looks fun! Sorry to upset you I'm just being honest, Ryan"
