Egg sandwiches were poor. Hardly any taste and hard to find filling. I think that they should be a little more generous. Ham sandwiches don't need as much chutney as the ham was good and thick. The Coronation pheasant brioche was a nice twist on a theme but the chunks were a bit big and needed a good chew. A pulled bird filling would have been better.
