"Now! what a hidden gem! words can not describe how tasty eating is here! there is no other caffe in lincoln like it! full taste, fresh ingredients and good portions! as a massive coffee fan I would say that coffee is probably the best I had! it is smooth and delicious! the personal, are well presented and courteous! they can say a popular caffe as when people come, they are welcomed how friends not only customers! this caffe has now become my favorite to go! so much so that I have been three times this week (whoops)! many thanks for the bribe something unique and delicious to lincoln :p :d"

"I 've had an awful experience. I decided this evening to treat my flatmates to a Chinese and I have done nothing but insult them by ordering from this establishment. The meal took an hour to arrive which was acceptable considering the amount we ordered but you 'd expect in this time for everything to be cooked to an edible standard. We ordered just over £50 worth of food including the 'salt and pepper chicken wings ' and discovered, upon eating them, that they were a vibrant shade of pink. The initial disgust of this not only put us off our entire order but also raised concerns about the quality of the other food that we had begun to eat. Immediately after identifying this issue, I contacted the restaurant several times but received no answer, so then called JustEat (the company we used to order the food from) to complain about our hazardous takeaway and they told us they would call back in 5 minutes after calling 'Hartsholme Park ' themselves. When I received the phone call back, my flatmates and I were shocked to hear that our claim has been denied and there was nothing they would do in compensation for the fact that £50 worth of food had gone to waste. As not one to usually complain, I would advise all future customers to be cautious when ordering and choose somewhere else. If no further action takes place after this review, we will be reporting this establishment to the 'Food Standards Agency ' with the pictures attached."
