What Mark D doesn't like about The Swan Holme:
Shan 't be going again. beef in red wine pie, sauce looked amazing, crust perfect, vegetables nicely presented and al Dente, Contents of pie tasty, BUT the "meat was gristly and unchewable...Inedible! Not nice to have to remove food from your mouth at the table, or balk on it. Time taken to serve two courses... 12.30 to. 3 pm. "Visited this cafe just by chance looking for somewhere for a warm drink to get out of the rain with our dog 'The Bear '. Was welcomed in and guided to a table downstairs.
