No one at front desk to check in. Had to call a on the counter wait 10 minutes. Apparently she was finishing her lunch break. Parking was weird. Park in VIP but had to drive out of parking to street to loop back around to get luggage at the entrance or lug it with you to parking. Very clean! Would stay again!Rooms: 5/5

Well if you 're going their to gamble that 's the place locally in Rhode Island however definitely take your car on this trip. Ripta doesn 't really show up as much as I feel they should so prepare to wait give or take a half hour or so if your lucky so I 'd also download the transit app for live bus arrivals and departures. Now as far as the rooms go , not to bad, clean and comfy. But I didn 't go to sleep!! Blackjack tables is where it 's at for me, but if that 's not your fancy they 've got poker and slots and really any other gambling you may want to indulge in. Hopefully all goes well on the tables and you can afford to buy yourself a nice meal at one of the restaurants available. This is my first review of any establishment ever. I never do this. However, what happened tonight on 9-2-23 around 10:45 at a slot near the light house bar was absolute robbery. An older gentleman playing a machine hit a triple jackpot on Payline 1 on a max bet. The payout was $2,308. For some reason the machine didn’t pay it out. 10 other people including myself saw it and told him to call the floor. The casino manager came by and said he didn’t hit it when 10 witnesses told her yes he did. We told them to look at the security cameras. She replied “you better not tell me what I can and cannot do” after 10 min they played with the machine and paid the man out $100. Absolute joke. Literally robbed the man of his winnings. I hope this review gets back to anyone in charge and they find that man and pay him out. The manager was a female with glasses. The igt staff who adjusted the machine for the $100 pay out was a white male about 5 foot 9 dressed in all black with short dark hair and another male (Asian) dressed in red about 5 foot 7. For anyone reading this review either take a picture of your jackpot right when it hits or avoid the slots at this casino at all costs. They literally robbed this man right in front of our eyes.

I had such a nice time. There is smoking downstairs and no smoking upstairs. I didn't know about upstairs until i was leaving. I stayed near the cigar smokers; it's a Sicilian thing lol Love the smell of a good, rich, smooth cigar! Nostalgic for me. I won a lil bit Love the good vibes with all the employees! Thanks for Being so upbeat making my visit wonderful.

This casino has greatly improved over the years and it has even added a hotel. The hotel I cannot comment on because I have never stayed there, but it is a good size hotel for the casino and its location. The casino is still being remodeled, but they have a very good variety of gaming machines and plenty of table games. There is also a good variety of restaurants inside plus a pub, an event center and more. The entire upstairs level is nonsmoking which is great for guys like me who don’t want to inhale other peoples exhales. Plus they have free cellphone lockers where you can leave your phone charging and disinfecting while you play (They’re password locked).They have allot of good shows and concerts here too. Some are free and some are paid admission. The parking lot is huge…so you WILL find parking somewhere.Nearby activities: The Lincoln Woods park is just on the opposite side of the freeway and is a very beautiful park with fishing, swimming, horseback riding and other activities.
