What Kelly B likes about Kobe Japanese Fusion:
I've never been to the hibachi side so I cannot vouch for that. I've only ever had the sushi which I really enjoy. I almost always can get a seat immediately and the staff is friendly. I'm a sucker for salmon, so I either get the sushi/sashimi combo or the salmon lovers plate. The sashimi slices are thick too! Overall a great place for a quick sushi lunch before you go do some shopping! View all feedback.

We recently visited here we opted for the hibachi style meal where they cook in front of you. I think our cook was new it seemed to take a little longer. By the time we got our meat our fried rice was cold. I love how interactive this place is. The food was good I just wish it was timed a little better.
