What User likes about Pho 14:
On a long cross country craving some Vietnamese food- we found this place- not close to I-80 but worth the trip. We came mid afternoon- so very quiet. Service and food were terrific. Don’t know if we’ll come this way again- but would return read more.

What User doesn't like about Pho 14:
I would have given this resturant a zero star. the worst experience I ever had on each of them. the eating looks, compare them with the pictures in the menu. roasted noodle with sea food (mì xào hăi sľn no.42) should have a lot of meeres, but all we recieved was artificial crawl, several tinted fish and meatballs (bliewt,) 95% of the noodle and 5% of the combination of meat and vegetal plums. the ph-hardware we have... read more.
