The pizza is amazing and expensive for such a small pizza. The bread was also amazing. Very soft and tasty, bursting with taste! I'll eat here again. I ordered lock-side pickup, but didn't really read the signs, so I was parked in the wrong place. I went in and told the lady so much, and she saw my order waiting for me. What User doesn't like about Valentino's:
I tried to order delivery one night, but the restaurant was busy and hung up on me. The next night, I gave it another shot. Unfortunately, the pizzas were lacking in ingredients, cold, and bland. Two of the slices were overcooked and burnt to a crisp. One of the pizzas was unevenly sliced with pieces of all sizes instead of the usual 4x4 slices. The best lasagna I've ever had. I'd give him a six if it could.
Wasn't very busy, food was served quickly, staff was friendly and prompt. Had the Salad bar, which was fresh and clean.
Took the family out to dine in at the West O Street location. They brought the pizza out in in a box. No spatula, no serving tray, a box. It was like carry out but yet we ate there. Call me crazy but when you dine in at a pizza restaurant shouldn't you get the pizza on a tray with serving utensils. We will not dine in here again.
My pizza was horrible, late and cold. After traveling all day this was very disappointing. I suggest Casey's
Nice place to eat lunch. Fast. Clean. Comfortable seating.
