on earlier visits I 've found this pizza excellent. But this time it was barely edible. When making thin-crust pizza, a common mistake (especially among those not from the New York City area and especially if skimping on the other toppings as well) is to not use enough olive oil, which results in a pie that is too dry and tastes like cardboard.
