Wow, what an experience at this coffee shop! The customer service could use some improvement and training, but I'm optimistic they'll get there. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they're doing okay. What Steven Hutner doesn't like about Dunkin':
There were 2 people on the drive-thru speaker which was my first clue of a language and/or training issue. Drive-thru staff couldn't get a 2 coffee order correct. Wrong size, amount of creme (default for a large is 4), kept adding vanilla to an order that didn't request it, etc. Ended up driving away from drive-thru to another Dunk where everything was fast and perfect.
