Paradise BBQ is a summer must have for locals and visitors to the lake. The brisket is amazing and the homemade sauces are terrific. Would have given 5 strs but the sides are just average, probably premade. Would prefer homemade. For and verge BBQ purist like me to give the place 4 stars and veranda they don't even smoke the meat says that Paradise BBQ is doing something right. I look forward to the summer openning.
