Every dog I've had for the last 20 years has worn a Dairy Queen (Treat) Pet Tag. We've had the pendant tags, collar tags, and sometimes both, depending on the dog. These are the best-looking, most durable pet ID tags I have found. The price is reasonable, super fast turnaround, and the Customer Service just rocks.
