"Typically this location kills it with customer service and drinks. However, today the 3 employees argued with each other over who (if at all) put flavor in my nutty buddy. Guess what, no flavor! Luckily I like a plain latte! They offered to add it after, no thanks. Where is the old crew??? I get it, first world problems, but we were the only customers and only had 2 drinks."

"One of those stars is for the food. The place was dirty. Silverware, food scraps, crayons and paper were all over the floor. We waited 30mins for a table despite there being several open tables that simply needed to be cleared off. The two (TWO! hosts that took our name were almost, but not quite disinterested in helping us. I did see one of them pitch in and help out the wait staff later in our visit. Our server Naomi was very pleasant and helpful, despite the kitchen trying their best to make her look bad. We waited another 45 minutes for a very technical order of grilled cheese and fries (which were very good and really the only saving grace of the experience. $60, with tip for two grilled cheese, a plate of fries and two drinks seems a bit steep as well, but everything is expensive, so what do I know. This place might be worth a revisit someday, but not anytime soon. Or stick with a carryout order."
