Used to be a quaint tea house but this owner turned it into a hot mess. No wonder they are going out of business. It's never open when posted hours say it will be. The food is stale with small servings and they sit you by the toilet! That room used to be the gift room to shop but they put people in there to eat and it has a toilet! Horrible!!!!! Never got a chance to go there. Hours say they are open but are not. Tried twice. Either change your signs or be open when you say you are. Now I know why they closed down. To be clear, I tried to go in June 2021.

The bubble tea here is so flavorful and unique! The little Rose Cafe and Tea Room and Bakery has a small town charm and feel, the cafe itself is in an old house. I had a lavender chai bubble tea with honey boba, which was incredible. They offer an afternoon tea that I cannot wait to take my future mother in law too.
