I have visited countless Tim Hortons in my life, both in Canada and in Niagara Falls NY, but this location, Drive Thru at 329 Kent St. Lindsay is without a doubt the very best I have EVER been to.The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. What Kenas John doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I had the worst drive thru experience from this Tim Hortons. I went here around 6 PM today to get coffee before my 1 and a half hour drive back home. The lady at the drive thru handed over the coffee without properly closing the lid. The HOT coffee fell onto my car as well as my left arm and my dress. Tims customer service is the WORST!
