Charming old roadside bistro with very good food, the Crossing is unpretentious but high quality in every way. Very happy with lunch and subsequent dinner. Low noise level, good lighting, comfortable chairs, nice linens and good service all add to the gustatory experience. When traveling to that area again we will most definitely return. We went to this restaurant hoping for a nice family outdoor lunch on a Friday at noon. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hostess informed us that they were not accepting walk-ins, despite there being two open tables outside and several available inside.
