"Your budget go-to cafe in Lingayen, Pangasinan. The interior design is well thought of and the menu is fairly priced. Quality of the drinks are somehow inconsistent depending on who the barista is for the day but nonetheless, a great place to get your milk-tea/frappe/coffee fill.
