"Your budget go-to cafe in Lingayen, Pangasinan. The interior design is well thought of and the menu is fairly priced. Quality of the drinks are somehow inconsistent depending on who the barista is for the day but nonetheless, a great place to get your milk-tea/frappe/coffee fill. They also serve snacks like nachos, clubhouse, fries, cheesecakes, and doughnuts that will compliment your drinks. Best to come here before and after peak hours since they can only host a certain number of people (More or less 20 people)."
