The signature dishes are the raviole de chevre, quenelles de brochet (pike quenelles in an excellent sauce) and the coupe de cygne dessert (if you don't like this you don't like desserts). There are several menus (or a la carte) to satisfy discerning customers. There's a good wine selection to go with the high quality cuisine.
