We went here for lunch. Menu du jour, 13 euros and it was excellent. Very friendly hosts and the restaurant has a beautiful view over the lake.

Halte de midi. Ce n'est pas ici qu'il faut être gourmand, mais le héron est nourri ! Il faut de la patience pour être servi, peut-être la chaleur du jour

"This is a lovely welcoming restaurant. Obviously in france the menu is french. Myself and my husband speak very little and the owner and waiter were absolutely impeccabley helpful. I think we all enjoyed learning a little. The waiter was exceptionally charming!! He kept apologising for his English to which my reply 'no thank you, your english is far better than my french! ' Onto the food.....wow, just lovely and freshly prepared cooked a presented. We had a deliciously lovely evening and would definately go again if in the area. It makes me want to live in France because of the food. They eat fresh food every day! It is something we all should do : Thank you for making us very welcome and filling our tummies."

"Pre covid I ate here regularly but I havent visited for three years....Far too long. The town was empty but the restaurant was full. It was so nice to find the time to come back again. Service lovely and the menu was interesting. A small menu is a very good sign, it means it's cooked from fresh ingredients. The snails were perfect, the Pollack tasty and cooked with precision. Moving on to dessert- I decided on a deconstructed Lemon Meringue pie , that's not the name on the menu but my interpretation. Very good. It was a pleasure to pay the bill. Thanks to the team at this lovely restaurant."

"PERFECT. A hotel (several old buildings transformed into a beautiful complex) in a very nice town, with various sleeping options, rooms and apartments, located on beautiful grounds where you can swim, walk, play area and have a BBQ. Seating areas in the large garden in the sun or under the trees or on the terrace at the hotel. Very nice, attentive hostess with nice staff. There is a top chef (maître) in the kitchen, a great surprise menu was eaten with only products from the area, in one word SUPER...... We would love to come back again, thank you all"

"Although the menu seems limited to Tartines with toppings a party of three of four could start with a plate of Frites de Carpe to share and then have the Tartines and finish with a Crepe. The Crepes are really to 'die for ' a crepe with caramelized apple and a scoop of ice cream with a caramel topping, so delicious. Friendly and efficient service. Really a must visit place Only open at lunch-time and you really need to get there by 2 o 'clock"
