Only stayed on Panarea for 2 nights but I usually hate eating in the same place twice when travelling but we ate with friends and the restaurant actually has 2 parts to it. A pizzeria and a steak restaurant. The first night we had pizza after a church service we had for a deceased relative. Pizzas were nice and the staff very helpful. The second night is the wow factor. The waitress didn 't really know what was on the menu , the were no beers but the expensive ones , 6€ each 250ml is too much..
