First cafe to visit in Lipetsk. You get a good taste of food per low prices (e. g. salmon stake for 8 bucks... . This is the only place I use to visit in Lipets...

Очень понравилось. Атмосферное кафе. Вкусный чай. Чизкейк. Вкусный завтрак. И все не дорого. Рекомендую.
