we start with the positive: super friendly and warm staff! and very clean kitchen (the open door gave good night). now eating: I'm sorry, but a variation of carpaccio by fish means RAW fish not smoked salmon of average quality and smoked tuna. it would be fresh! tuna in sesame cooked should very rarely be done well. not impressed.
