A cute sit down out door bar and tapas place with a great view of the water. Great and unique sangrias which taste more like juice than water, and will get you buzzed. They have blankets and a heater for cooler days (especially at night . Great service as well. Went to Noobai to eat and work on site. Had a decent bite ordered the tenderloin and though it wasn't medium rare as requested it was definitely tasty. The potatoes, broccoli and tomatoes were well seasoned too. Sadly, the WiFi was down and the area extremely noisy due to construction.
