We found this gem walking up the hill in Belem. Clearly lots of regulars but we were able to get a table on the shaded veranda. I think we were the only non-locals in the place. Wonderful service, great food and reasonable. Host was lovely and tolerated by terrible Portuguese. What's not to like? read more.
