This is a highly recommendable simple restaurant with authentic Portuguese food. The small place has just seats so you better book ahead. We had the codfish (bacalhau) and the octopus (polvo). Fantástica taberna tradicional de bairro com um delicioso menu pequeno e não enorme para se confundir. Não se esqueça de experimentar a salada de polvo e o Bacalhau a Brás (o melhor que comemos em Lisboa).
Autêntica comida portuguesa confeccionada com excelência. Tenho comido de Norte a Sul deste país. Este lugar é, por si só, o melhor que já comi para a cozinha típica portuguesa. Voltarei novamente e recomendo.
Lugar pequeno, mas muito bem conservado, recepção calorosa e atenciosa. Se passar por Lisboa e quiser provar a cozinha portuguesa recomendo. E nem é caro
Lovely meal in a small restaurant patronised by locals. The owner was a great host...and we bought a bottle of wine from his own winery.
