What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This was my first visit to this restaurant and it happened to be on my birthday. I was looking forward to trying everything I ordered. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean. I noticed only one worker who was not properly cleaning and brushing crumbs off other objects. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall experience, and I do not plan on returning. I wish they would put their menu somewhere before you go up to order, it would be so much more efficient, wouldn't have to wait for people to decide what they want just go up and order, that's why only 4 stars
I'm so much proud of Panera Bread's Peoples and their company, they're strive to fulfill customers cups during covid 19 shut down with their smiles. Eventually now during tough time, they still come up with the new ideas of different food plates, A deep discount coupons like 5 to $10 off $25, and months of free coffees. Thank you Panera Bread.
The place was totally clean. Staff friendly. However, I ordered a salad got the hard, unflavorable spine of the lettuce. I'm not talking a piece or two. I mean I spent money, cause they are pricey, the ENTIRE salad was the vain of the salad. ?. Yuck! Not yummy. Would I recommend....NO!!!
I love the Green Goddess salad, no chicken, extra avocado! The chocolate croissant is excellent!
I've been having issues with this place is running out of items on the menu sometimes it's towards closing time but I've also gone there around lunch time and have been told that they're just straight up missing items. I've also seen that this place is a bit short-staffed and have stood waiting to be served just to walk out of the restaurant because there was no one at the register. Food: 4
