The waiter seemed to be overwhelmed. Forgot multiple things that we ordered. Never came back with water. The food was some of the worst I've had while here in lisbon. So bland. Not an ounce of flavor. The burger wasn't even mixed. It's like they took some ground beef and just put it on a bun. View all feedback.
