The food here is brilliant but every time I order from here they say “it’ll be ten minutes” and it honestly takes nearly an hour. It’s really not good to be waiting that long. It is understandable if it is very busy but it’s not good to say “it’ll be ten minutes” when it’s really going to be an hour. This needs to be sorted. read more.
