Just eaten at Le Cabouillet. It is a quaint restaurant on the first floor of a hotel overlooking the Oise river. The food is great, with lovely flavours, and excellently cooked and presented. I had prawns in with a wild garlic puree, and succulent lamb as a main course. With 25 diners, and three staff in the restaurant, the service was not as quick as I had hoped.
