What User likes about Cafe Cappello:
Called in for a coffee and was greeted at the door as we walked in. Had a lovely coffee with a dragon mermaid on the top. Very creative and excellent service. Smiles and waves when we left. Will definitely be back. View all feedback.

A couple of the staff were rude to me after the floods. I understand they’re under pressure but there is no need for rudeness, they spoke to me in a dismissive way which I found offensive. Maybe some staff training might be in order. On the 25th of august View all feedback.
Great food, great entertainment, great staff. A favourite for us.
